WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Stop wasting time browsing for the right presets and stop struggling to recreate these sounds yourself. Don't settle for "eh, close enough... this will have to do...". Stop relying on the same old factory presets everyone uses.
Elevate your performances with the unmistakable leads of Kevin, Derek and Jordan. Whether you're playing live or recording in the studio, these presets will help you stand out with their authentic and powerful tones.
WHAT SETS IT APART?
It's well known that Kevin, Derek and Jordan always favored Korg keyboards. Not many people can recreate their sounds using Roland Keyboards due to the different interfaces and workflows of the sound engines.
Kevin's Lead was made based on the main lead of Metropolis pt.1, this was most likely a sound from the Korg DW-8000.
Derek's Lead was made based on his iconic Monster Lead, with custom made assignments for the Mod Wheel and Expression Pedal for increased control and faithful recreation of the wah and harmonic sounds. This sound was initially made on the Korg Trinity, later recreated on the Korg Triton and Korg Kronos.
Jordan's Lead was made based on Jordan's versions of the Monster lead played on the Korg Kronos. A bit less aggressive than Derek's sound and with more harmonic variations
You can see three Moogs in this picture. Vintage analog gear is great, but it's also very expensive and sensitive to decalibration and damage. Imagine the weight and effort to carefully carry all of that around on tour. Oh, and the maintenance.
With DT Leads you will have maximum convenience:
1) No added weight, just import the sounds into your Fantom.
2) No tuning problems because digital pitch is perfectly stable.
3) All sounds safely stored as presets for instant recalling.
4) Lifetime Access, even if you get a new Fantom

WHO IS BEHIND DT LEADS?
Hello! I'm Allan, I make a living helping keyboardists worldwide.
I took a leap of faith, leaving behind a promising career in biomedicine to follow my heart and dedicate my life to music.
My adventure began when I joined a Pink Floyd tribute band in 2016 and I played over 200 live shows in the span of six years. It was a deep dive into the complex and captivating soundscapes of progressive rock, which has since become the foundation of my work.
Today I create keyboard
sound packs
that capture the soul of my favorite prog rock bands, and
teach music and sound design, helping my students and friends from all over the world grow.
